Dear MIGRANT, QUEER, and NON-EUROPEAN friends… We have an invitation to a free artistic event and a circle of dialogue to weave networks and generate a space for conversation about our experiences as exiled dissidents.
We are about to premiere a new cabaret show titled “I WANTED TO BE A QUEER BUT I WAS BORN SUDACA” and we would love to offer you the opportunity to attend a preview performance and see the show firsthand, followed by a circle of dialogue, a Mexican snack, and a sharing of our migrant experiences.
The activity is completely free and will take place on Friday, May 3rd at 5:30 p.m. at the Parc Sandaru Civic Center.
Schedule of activities: 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (theater performance) 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Mexican snack and circle of dialogue)
You can attend both activities or just one, both require prior registration. And the capacity is very limited.
REQUIREMENTS
Be a Migrant person (non-European) who belongs to the LGBTQ+ community
VERY IMPORTANT: Make a prior registration on the Parc Sandaru Civic Center website (link at the end of the message). You will see that it only announces the circle of dialogue, but this reservation serves for both events.
Bring all the attitude to enjoy a contemporary, Latin, impactful cabaret and enjoy a tasting of Mexican food.
PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR CONTACTS WHO YOU THINK MIGHT BE INTERESTED
Access without reservation is not allowed. Violent, homophobic, racist, classist, or discriminatory comments will not be tolerated.
