5a manifestació LGBTIA+ de Sabadell – Ca L’Enredus

👉 We call on all citizens to participate in the 5th LGBTIA+ demonstration in Sabadell #lamanidetotis on June 28 at 7 PM in Pl. de la Creu Alta 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
As we know, LGBTIfobic experiences in the city, both virtually and physically, continue to occur. That’s why on June 28, we commemorate the Stonewall riots (NY) and the first marches in Catalonia for the fight and freedoms of LGBTI+ rights. This year we highlight the functional diversity collective, which is usually not recognized with agency and autonomy to live a sexuality outside the heterocisnormative framework. ✊
We focus on the right to self-determination of a healthy, full, and integral sexual life based on the capacity to decide outside rigid frameworks, considering other aspects such as racialization, migration, precariousness, class, age, and gender.
And it is important to remember that in times of rising far-right, we cannot forget the situation of dissident people in a context of sexual obligation with a single perspective. Therefore, we remind you that this year without a free Palestine 🇵🇸, there is no pride!
Because, beyond prejudices, LGBTI people exist in all contexts, and war oppression invisibilizes these dissident realities in contexts of oppression and war.
Therefore, the demonstration will leave at 7:30 PM towards Pl. Dr. Robert, accompanied by the batucada of the diables de la Creu Alta. Upon arrival in front of the town hall, we will be joined by the colla of @saballuts while the manifesto created and agreed upon by participants from Ca l’Enredus is read.
The festive event will be hosted by @alexmarteen and will introduce the live music performance by @futurachicapop, concluding the party with @paulatofu until 11 PM.
We will have a bar run by the popular festival committee of @eltallaret.
