Calçotada Marika – Konvent

Flying like a breeze that blows the candles of each hair and a basket full of orange vaseline garlands one by one and you tiptoeing with a cardboard box on your head shouting loudly girls there’s no tomorrow!! It’s all ten minutes and sometimes a little less. Calçotada Marika de Konvent is the most mythical gathering at home. From when we used to gather in Cabrianes and among sauces and calçots, Eduarda threw the trousseau and the TV out the window. Hence the excuse, the meaning, the music, the wholehearted you, the surname, and the excitement that makes us all want you to come.
